MATES Mental health Awareness Through Educational Speaking is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, run by volunteers.
Throughout the year, we provide as many free events for our community as we can, but to ensure that we are able to sustain the level of service, we will need some help, which is why we have set up a GoFundMe.
Your donations will help cover the cost of things such as venue hire and will support us in providing even more events for our community and would be an absolute lifeline to us.
Every penny raised goes directly back into helping our community by raising awareness of mental ill health and being there in person at events to show people they are not alone and that we are there to support and stand by their side.
We would like to offer an exclusive MATES t-shirt to everyone that donates £20.

Rob and Owen's Ultimate Challenge
"On the 13th October 2023, we are planning to run/ruck from London to Birmingham along the Grand Union Canal wearing weighted vests and ankle weights on each leg. This will take us 8 days moving for 7-8 hours per day and covering a total of 225km (140 miles), the equivalent of around 5.5 marathons!!
The day after we arrive in Birminham, we will be competing in the first Hyrox race of the 2023/24 season" (read more about Rob and Owens challenge here...)
